I purchased a child’s size John Deere Gator from the Goldtex website recently. The shipping options on the website did not reflect a bulk item shipping cost to Calgary. Although my order was delayed and not delivered to the home address chosen, we tracked our item to a shipping depot for pick up in Calgary.
Upon voicing my concern for the shipping delay and pick up issue, customer service representative Tony offered to refund my express shipping fee and gave me a prompt apology and concise explanation for the website bulk item shipping issue.
